Kedo SG Blue E1 File

The Kedo SG Blue E1 pack is a 3rd-generation pediatric rotary file system specifically designed for pulpectomy in primary anterior teeth. It consists of a set of three NiTi rotary files manufactured using heat-treated controlled memory (CM) wire and enhanced with a titanium oxide coating, which improves flexibility, cyclic fatigue resistance, and overall file longevity.

The E1 pediatric rotary system is designed for faster and more efficient instrumentation during pulpectomy procedures. It features a short 16 mm pediatric file design, enhancing handling and providing improved access in small primary anterior teeth.

The file has a triangular cross-section, enabling efficient dentin cutting while maintaining control.

The E1 file has a 0.30 tip diameter with a variably variable taper of 4–8%. The recommended rotary motor speed is 250–300 rpm with a torque setting of 2.2–2.4 N·cm, ensuring safe and efficient canal shaping.

According to manufacturer guidelines, each file can be used for up to 14 teeth.
