Exercise Instructions

1. Place the Lip Trainer shield inside the lips, positioning it in front of the teeth.

2. Hold the attached strap with your hand and gently pull outward while using your lip muscles to hold the appliance securely in place.

3. Perform resistance pulls for 5–10 minutes daily or as directed by your myofunctional therapist.

4. Clean with warm water and mild soap after each session; store in the provided case.
