The Kedo S Plus P1+ Pack is a 5th-generation pediatric rotary file system specially designed for pulpectomy in primary teeth. It is a single-file NiTi rotary system developed using dual metallurgy (Gold + Blue technology), offering enhanced flexibility, superior strength, and increased resistance to cyclic fatigue.

The Kedo S Plus P1+ Pack is designed as a single-file pediatric rotary solution for efficient and faster instrumentation during pulpectomy procedures. It features a short 16 mm pediatric file design, providing better handling and improved access in small primary molar teeth. The file design supports efficient dentin cutting, while the dual metallurgy construction enhances flexibility, particularly in curved canals.

It also ensures minimal apical enlargement, helping preserve the thin dentinal walls of primary teeth, while offering improved torsional fracture resistance for greater safety and durability.

The apical tip size is 0.28 for P1+ files, making them specifically suited for primary molars.

Recommended Rotary Motor Settings:

Speed: 250–300 rpm

Torque: 2.2–2.4 N·cm

These parameters support safe and efficient canal shaping. According to manufacturer guidance, each file can be used for up to 12 teeth.
