Silane Bonding Agent 5 ml Indusbello is a compound used as a bonding agent between surfaces of materials with organic and inorganic compositions. It promotes better adhesion between materials with different compositions and is used as a fixative, especially in restorative procedures where adhesion and durability are crucial.

Indication 

Indusbello Silane 5ml bonding agent is indicated as a bonding agent for porcelain, ceramic, and fiberglass post surfaces.

Instructions for use 

For cementing indirect restorations : Apply hydrofluoric acid according to the type of ceramic used, then rinse with plenty of water and dry with an air jet. Subsequently, apply silane to the internal surface of the ceramic using a microbrush, let it act for approximately 60 seconds and dry with gentle jets of oil-free air. Proceed with the adhesive application and cementation process of the prosthetic piece, according to the protocol defined in the clinical planning and the instructions of the adhesive and resin cement manufacturers.

For ceramic repairs: Prepare the substrate according to the clinical case. Apply hydrofluoric acid to the ceramic according to the type of ceramic used, then rinse with plenty of water and dry with an air jet. Subsequently, apply silane to the ceramic surface using a microbrush, let it act for approximately 60 seconds, and dry with gentle, oil-free air jets. Follow the adhesive application and repair protocol as defined in the clinical plan.

For cementing a fiberglass post: Prepare and condition the root canal and select the fiberglass post. Clean the post with 70% alcohol and dry it. Then, using a microbrush, apply a layer of silane to the entire surface of the fiberglass post, wait 60 seconds, and dry with an air jet without oil. Proceed with the post cementation protocol according to the resin cement manufacturer’s instructions.
