Duosil Tray‑Tube (505) is a hydrophilic addition‑reaction silicone (VPS) heavy‑body dental impression material formulated for accurate tray impressions in restorative dentistry. Unlike cartridge systems, this version comes in 150 ml tubes of base and catalyst that are manually mixed at a 1:1 ratio prior to application, giving clinicians control over material preparation and consistency.

The heavy‑body (high viscosity) formulation is ideal for tray loading — providing bulk support and stability when capturing the overall arch form and surrounding tissues.
